Anthony completed his BA in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Northumbria University. Subsequently he received his MA in E-Commerce from University of Sunderland. Soon after that Anthony joined the Monitor Group as a Senior Manager and was eventually promoted to Senior Project Manager. Anthony then served as Senior Manager for Deloitte Ireland for 2 years, his key focus being on building Deloitte’s customer, innovation, and digital strategies especially for their financial services. He was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer EMEA of the Blockchain Lab at Deloitte. In his 7 years at Deloitte Anthony was able to develop his expertise on blockchain and emerging technologies thus helping Deloitte use public and private blockchains.
Anthony has also been a Consulting Partner on Blockchain at IBM and an Advisory Council Member for Hedera Hashgraph. Dabbling into the online world, Anthony founded the ‘Blockchain Won’t Save The World’ podcast and co-founded the ‘RightClickSaveTheWorld’ podcast, where he talks extensively about the future of technology and what opportunities lie in the Metaverse and Web3. His work as an expert in blockchain has been recognized justly and he was named the Top Voice for Technology & Innovation by LinkedIn for two consecutive years- 2021 and 2022.
