Dalia Feldheim is a former global Chief Marketing Officer, organisational psychologist and the author of 'Lead Like a Girl', widely recognised for her ability to translate corporate experience into meaningful cultural transformation. With over two decades in senior executive roles, she now works with leaders, teams and organisations to build resilient, innovative and human-centred workplaces. Her keynotes combine commercial insight with behavioural science, equipping audiences with practical tools to drive performance while prioritising wellbeing, inclusion and purpose.
After graduating Summa cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Business and Psychology, Dalia began her career at Procter and Gamble, where she spent more than 16 years progressing through senior leadership roles. She served as Associate Marketing Director across multiple regions, including CEEMEA and global FemCare divisions, before becoming CMO of the Feminine Care Asia Hub. In this role, she also led diversity and inclusion across Asia, launching the region’s first women’s diversity programme. She later became global Marketing Director, one of the biggest directorship roles in Asia, helping to improve the company’s standing in Japan and Korea, and operating as part of the team leading the iconic 'Always Run Like a Girl' campaign. Following her tenure at Procter and Gamble, Dalia joined Electrolux as Vice President of Marketing APAC, where she led a full-scale marketing transformation, spanning organisational restructuring, digital innovation and cultural change. She later founded Flow Leadership Consulting and Uppiness, combining leadership development with positive psychology to address real workplace challenges. Dalia currently serves as an external consultant for Deloitte, continuing her work on humanising workplaces and upholding psychological safety amongst teams, and is an Adjunct Professor for Positive Leadership at Singapore Management University.
Dalia’s work has been widely recognised through numerous industry accolades, including major international campaign awards and recognition for her leadership and coaching impact, including being awarded the ‘UK Advertising Award for best campaign, numerous Best Campaign awards, and multiple Cannes Lions Awards for the Tampax-winning digital campaign ‘Zack’, ‘Touch the Pickle’, and 'Always Run Like a Girl', which won 14 Cannes Lions Awards and was recently chosen as the most recalled Super Bowl advertisement of all time. She is a certified leadership coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and the International Coaching Federation, and a certified teacher in the Science of Happiness. She further strengthened her academic foundation with an Executive Masters in Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. Her book Lead Like a Girl has become a powerful framework for redefining leadership through empathy, intuition and authenticity, while her TEDx talk, 'Dare to Lead Like a Girl' has garnered over a quarter of a million views. Dalia encourages listeners to reclaim the phrase ‘like a girl’ and highlights the need for leadership styles to develop with the necessary soft skills for modern business environments.
