Apart from work-related matters, Andrew is also a huge believer that gender unity is the kingpin in the fight against domestic abuse. His TEDx talk ‘Domestic Abuse – not a gender issue’ addresses domestic abuse, gender unity, gaslighting and parental alienation and has over 100,000 views which makes the conversation around a “taboo” more open for everyone to learn about. A trustee for a charity that offers support to families where the children are perpetrators of domestic abuse, Andrew has also featured on platforms like the Good Men Project, Happiful, BBC West Midlands, BBC Coventry and Warwickshire, UCB Broadcasters and Sikh Channel TV.
Today Andrew has worked with organisations like Lloyds Bank, Amazon, Birmingham City University, Aston University, Essex County Council, Federation of Small Businesses, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. He has helped countless business leaders make decisions efficiently, even when under immense pressure. He is known to support disadvantaged groups with basic necessities and money mentoring services as well as volunteering programmes.
