A passionate advocate for women’s rights, Chelsea is also the Co-Founder of Women Everywhere Believe since 2017. Along with her co-founder Olympian Akua Obeng-Akrofi, Chelsea works to close the intersectional leadership gap that is known to ill-affect women of colour in corporate and civic settings by partnering with educational institutes and companies to provide the future generation of women leaders with the resources they require to flourish.
Also offering her expertise in building strategic partnerships, and advising on digital strategies, audience engagement and community building, she is currently the Principal Consultant at CPM Global. Chelsea completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Columbia University and worked as a Public Affairs Intern at the New York State Unified Court System before she joined the Obama White House in 2016 as part of the Domestic Policy Council working on matters like criminal justice, civil rights and economic mobility. She also worked as a Program Coordinator at Unilever for two years. Facilitating one of largest student-led walkouts in Minnesota in 2021, Chelsea’s activism won her the Voice of Justice award issued by Vital Voices and Oprah Winfrey Network in 2021. She was also included on the Women of 2020 list by Financial Times as well as the 50 Most Powerful people in Brooklyn list by City and State of New York in 2020

Publications like Rolling Stones, Forbes, Vogue and Financial Times have covered Chelsea’s work.
