Professor Binna Kandola OBE is a leading Business Psychologist, co-founder and senior partner of Pearn Kandola who has revolutionised gender bias and unconscious bias within the workplace. With over 35 years of experience in diversity assessment, Binna is able to help clients in both the private and public sector, in the UK and overseas, to unlock their employee’s full potential within the workplace. Binna is currently a visiting professor at Leeds University Business School and at Aston University Business School, sharing his knowledge with the next generation. It comes as no surprise that in 2008 he was awarded an OBE for services to Disadvantaged people and Diversity, and has been recognised by the Independent on Sunday as one of the UK’s Top Ten Business Psychologists.
