Award-winning entrepreneur, diversity and inclusion consultant, author, and keynote speaker, Jennifer Brown has developed an incredibly successful career in all industries that she has chosen to enter. As the proud Founder, President, and CEO of Jennifer Brown Consulting, Jennifer has devoted her whole career to helping other organisations implement strategies into their workplaces, but she is now able to implement this knowledge into her own company. When hired for events, she focuses on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership, and advocacy in action to name a few.
After gaining an MS in Organisational Development at Fordham University, Jennifer began her professional career at City Year as their Consultant, Training, and Development Leader. Recognising her passion for helping businesses develop, she gained industry experience in organisations such as Willis, Tommy Hilfiger, and The Madison Consultancy Group, fulfilling a variety of specialist training and development roles. As an expert in her field, Jennifer made the decision to start her own consulting company, Jennifer Brown Consulting, in 2005 and is admired greatly for the success she has gained since starting her own business.
Highly respected in the business community, Jennifer is currently an Influencer Advisory Board Member at sparks & honey and an Opinion Columnist at CEOWORLD Magazine, two roles that allow her to share her knowledge and industry experience with a larger audience. As a successful businesswoman, Jennifer’s views are greatly valued, which is why she has created two best-selling books, ‘How to be an Inclusive Leader’ and ‘Diversity, The New Workplace, & The Will to Change’. These both aim to share in-depth industry knowledge that she has gained working in several high-profile companies with a whole new audience.
As a talented diversity and inclusion consultant, Jennifer has spoken at many of the industry’s top conferences and events, including the International Diversity Forum, the Global D&I Summit, the Out & Equal Workplace Summit as well as speaking for organizations such as the NBA, Google, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many more. Having been named Women of the Year by Pace University, Jennifer Brown has created an admirable career for herself as a successful entrepreneur, and she is now looking to attend events around the world to share her expertise with many different audiences.
