Loree Draude is an inspirational leader, coach, and speaker, utilising her extensive experiences to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals. As one of the first women to fly combat jets in the US, she developed her unique leadership style in high-stakes environments. In the early stages of her career, Loree served as a Naval Aviator in the US Navy, flying F/A-18 Hornets and S-3B Vikings. She shattered gender barriers by becoming the first woman Airwing-Qualified Landing Signal Officer during her second deployment. After a decade in the Navy, Loree transitioned to marketing-focused roles, such as Tech Marketing Strategy Consultant and Head of Marketing.
