Nikki Retigan is passionate about helping people work through their emotional, physical, and psychological pain, using her expertise in Rapid Transformational Therapy and Therapeutic Coaching. Diagnosed with scoliosis at birth, Nikki has had to overcome several adversities throughout her life, including having a metal rod inserted in her back at 12 years old. Propagating that a changed mindset is key to a changed life, Nikki, who is accredited by the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists, is now available to hire for a wide range of events as a speaker.
Working as a Business Manager at the Lloyds Banking Group for nearly five years, Nikki’s career was flourishing – yet she had a hard time coping with the pressures motherhood and a lifelong adjustment living with scoliosis brought. At just 34, she had a stroke that forced her to take a hard look at how she wanted to continue living her life. She decided to channel all her energy into healing herself and discovering aspects of herself she had never known. Nikki found that she had held so many self-limiting beliefs that hindered her from living her happiest life.
While she was told all her life that she was fragile due to her condition, Nikki challenged that narrative by changing her mindset. She took six years to implement the behaviours that would help her regain her self-confidence and sense of self-worth. Today, as Founder of The Epic Life Coach Ltd., Nikki is helping people overcome their own self-limiting beliefs, so that they too can live their happiest, most authentic lives.
A Certified Hypnotherapist, she is a go-to choice to appear on podcasts like The Meaningful Life, Mum and Mummer, and The Worthy Woman Podcast. Nikki has also been invited to speak at stages for The Kent Wellness Festival, The Royal Bank of Canada, and The Beacon School, owing to her impeccable knowledge and experience. Nikki Retigan is now available to speak at a wide range of events where she shares more about topics like confidence building, stress relief, how a child’s mind works and how childhood patterns manifest in our adulthood.
