Jim left school at 15, and after a stint as a car mechanic, realised that his true talent lay in sales. He began working at an insurance company and swiftly climbed up the career ladder to become a director, at which point he took a four-month research sabbatical.
He soon realised that there are definable strategies of mindset and behaviour that that can make an average performer into an excellent one, and developed his own unique take on peak performance focusing not just on what makes us tick, but what makes people tick faster, stronger and for longer.
His passion for excellence has led him to address audiences worldwide, and his energy, insight and great sense of humour creates a massive impact whenever he in on stage. Moving on, Jim set up his own company which works on culture change programmes and leadership management. He is context driven and effectively challenges assumptions through engaging workshops and speeches.
As well as his role as a leading peak performance coach, Jim delivers keynote speeches across the world, which are renowned for their accessible, educational, motivational and highly practical style while maintaining a good level of humour and humility.
