A non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, having previously been a visiting fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, Douglas has represented the United States on the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund and has now become a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council.
Douglas has previously served as a senior investment banker and private equity investor for a number of investment banks and was also instrumental in leading a number of the earliest privatisations in Central and Eastern Europe.
Douglas Rediker has received many awards throughout his career, including being named an Emerging Markets Superstar by Global Finance Magazine and has received both the EEMEA Equity and M&A Deals of the Year by The International Financing Review.
A widely-respected emerging markets speaker with significant experience, Douglas has appeared in a variety of broadcasting print media, in particular being published in The Wall Street Journal and was even a member of the National Finance Committee for the Presidential Campaign of Barack Obama.
