Emma-Jane was unfortunate to have experienced many traumas as a child. From being sexually abused to losing her relationship with her biological father, Emma-Jane was shaped by the events of her childhood. Passionate to help others who may have experienced similar to her, Emma-Jane decided to pursue a career as a self-help expert and wellbeing mentor. Through thought-provoking and motivational speeches, Emma-Jane helps people to come to terms with emotional, physical and mental matters. In a bid to further her motivational self-help, Emma-Jane founded The Works Company to encompass her brand.
Speaking publicly, Emma-Jane takes to the stage to empower and encourage people to strive towards positive change and accept new challenges. Able to deliver to both professional and personal clients, Emma-Jane is an authoritative figure on increasing an individuals productivity. For over two decades Emma-Jane has enriched audiences to understand that the glass is never half empty, and instead of fearing change they should embrace new opportunities with open arms.
A published author, Emma-Jane wrote the book Don’t Hold Back. This book explores her journey through life, touching on the experiences that have shaped the very woman she is today. Exploring how she found strength through the painful memories of her past, Emma-Jane helps people to understand life as a survivor of trauma and that their stories need to be heard.
