Justin Hughes is a distinguished former Royal Air Force Fighter Pilot who became an Executive Officer of the Red Arrows. He began his journey with the RAF in 1990 as a Fighter Pilot flying a Tornado F3. Dan Lowes served for 16 years as a Commissioned Officer and Fighter Pilot with the Royal Air Force. Operating at a world-class level, Dan’s ability to work in demanding, dynamic, and high-pressure environments saw him become an Executive Officer of the Red Arrows in 2016.

Andy Wyatt
Andy Wyatt joined the Royal Airforce aged just 18 years old. Exhibiting great flair for life in the air, he flew the English Electric Lightning, a supersonic Cold War-era fighter aircraft. During the Cold War, he was tasked with the dangerous assignment of intercepting Russian aircraft, a mission which he completed admirably.
Later on, Andy was selected to join the Red Arrows, where he had a phenomenal spell as a solo display pilot. Performing exquisite routines in the infamous Hawk jet, he was honoured with the Queen’s Commendation For Valuable Services In The Air in 1992. Now Andy can be hired as a speaker, where he talks about the significance of teamwork and his experiences as an accomplished pilot.

Graham Duff
Graham Duff is a Royal Air Force Pilot who completed several tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. He believes to be a successful pilot, it’s all about learning to push yourself and so striving to be the best is his motto. From the very beginning, as a Royal Air Force Trainee Pilot, Graham put that belief into action and rapidly saw himself become the top of his class.
After developing extensive experience as a Jaguar GR3A Pilot protecting the No-Fly Zone in Northern Iraq, he joined the Red Arrows in 2010. Graham went on to complete a three-year tour as a Display Pilot, the maximum period possible, before joining the elite UK Special Forces.
